Returns
Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Beyond Pretty Cosmetics.
If you need to return an item, please make sure it meets the following criteria:
-Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
-Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
-Include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return:
-Contact our customer service team at returns@beyondprettycosmetics.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
-Pack the item securely in the original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
-Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
-Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Return Shipping:
-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
Refunds:
-Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges:
-At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
